Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (McNab, J.), rendered February 25, 1983, convicting him of robbery in the first degree, robbery in the second degree (two counts), and grand larceny in the third degree (two counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings *656up for review so much of an order of the County Court, Westchester County (Leggett, J.), dated December 22, 1981, as denied, without a hearing, that branch of the defendant’s omnibus motion which was to suppress identification testimony.
