DECISION

{¶ 1} Relator, Arthur Chapman, seeks a writ of mandamus ordering respondent, Industrial Commission of Ohio ("commission"), to vacate an order denying relator's application for permanent total disability ("PTD") compensation.1 Relator also seeks other relief as this court deems appropriate.
