Disciplinary Counsel v. Bogdanski

{¶ 1} Respondent, April Marie Bogdanski of Columbus, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0074879, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 2002. In October 2011, relator, disciplinary counsel, charged Bogdanski with multiple violations of the Rules of Professional Conduct for twice forging a client’s signature and then notarizing those signatures. In a second amended complaint, relator alleged that Bogdanski committed professional misconduct for her incompetence and neglect in two other client matters.
