We hold that publicly recorded conveyances evidencing the existence of a cotenancy in land may render a cotenant’s belief that he or she had no reason to suspect the cotenan-cy’s existence not objectively reasonable under the rule set forth in City and County of Honolulu v. Bennett, 57 Haw. 195, 552 P.2d 1380 (1976).
