I. INTRODUCTION

This case arises out of a dispute over title to a parcel of land in Lá‘ie, 0‘ahu, referred to as Parcel 33, in which the ownership interests of individuals holding estates in common were challenged by a co-owner of the property as the statutory period for adverse possession was nearing completion.
