RABINOWITZ, Chief Justice.

After trial by jury, appellant Cornelius Otis MeCurry was found guilty of the crime of receiving and concealing stolen property in violation of AS 11.20.350. 1

MeCurry advances four separate specifications of error. These encompass assertions that the trial court erred in failing to grant his motion for judgment of acquittal, in giving the jury an instruction concerning aiding and abetting, in permitting the prosecution to make improper comments in the course of closing argument, and in allowing the prosecution to call a rebuttal witness without requiring…
