This is an action brought by a broker to recover a commission for the sale of real estate. The case was tried by jury and resulted in a verdict for the plaintiff. A motion for judgment n. o. v. was made which motion was refused and judgment was entered on the verdict. From the refusal to enter judgmeat for the defendants, this appeal is taken.
