The plaintiff brought this action to recover commissions alleged to have been earned in a sale of certain real estate of the defendant. The trial resulted in a verdict and judgment in favor of the defendant and the plaintiff appeals. The first four specifications of error refer to rulings of the court sustaining objections to the *391admission in evidence of certain letters written by the plaintiff to the defendant, after the property had been sold and the transaction closed.
