RUDDY, Judge.

This is an original proceeding wherein relators seek to prohibit respondent, the Honorable Noah Weinstein, Judge of the Juvenile Division of the Circuit Court of St. Louis County, from proceeding in a cause now pending in said division of said court. Honorable Norman H. Anderson, Attorney General of the State of Missouri, requested and was granted leave to file a Brief Amicus Curiae to assist this court in developing the issues of law and fact in this proceeding.
