Plaintiff Iqbal Naz Sulehria brings this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 for violation of his constitutional rights under various statutes. While not specifically pled by plaintiffs attorney in the amended complaint, Magistrate Judge Michael H. Dolinger also inferred a conspiracy claim pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1985 from the facts alleged.
