This matter comes before the Court on Motion for Summary Judgment brought by Defendant Travelers Indemnity Company of America (Travelers), which Plaintiff Mahaska Pork, L.P. (Mahaska) resists. The Court held a hearing on the motion on January 19, 2011. Attorney Richard A. Buchanan represented Travelers. Attorney Rachel Rowley represented Mahaska.
