Before the Court is a Motion to Dismiss pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6) filed by Defendants, the State of New Jersey, Office of the Attorney General, New Jersey Attorney General Anne Milgrana, and the Division of State Police (collectively “Defendants”).
