This case asks us to decide whether an employer has the right to request a change of an injured employee’s attending physician under the District of Columbia’s Workers’ Compensation Act (“Workers’ Compensation Act” or “Act”), see D.C.Code §§ 32-1501 to -1545 (2012 RepL).
