MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

These consolidated cases arose from various securities transactions between plaintiff and the eight named defendants. Plaintiff’s claims against various defendants include violations of section 12(2) of the 1933 Securities Act, violations of section 10(b) and rule 10b-5 of the 1934 Securities Exchange Act, violations of Kansas Securities laws, misrepresentation, concealment, breach of fiduciary duty, and breach of contract.
