Plaintiffs, New York District Council of Carpenters Pension Fund and five related funds (collectively, the “Benefit Funds”), bring claims pursuant to the Employees Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (“ERISA”), 29 U.S.C § 1001 et seq., and the Labor Management Relations Act of 1947 (“LMRA”), 29 U.S.C. § 152 et seq., against Defendants Perimeter Interiors (“Perimeter”) and its president, Susan Reidy (“Reidy”).
