FACTS
This matter comes before the court on American National Bank’s motion for summary judgment on its adversary action to determine the dischargeability of Cooper’s debt to the Bank under §§ 523(a)(4) and (a)(6) of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. §§ 523(a)(4), (6). Lawrence Cooper was an attorney and a member of the panel of bankruptcy trustees for the Northern District of Illinois.
