In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the defendants Angelo Kantlis and Georgia Kantlis appeal, as limited by their notice of appeal and brief, from so much of an *732order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Schulman, J.), dated September 8, 2006, as denied that branch of their motion which was for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against them.

Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
