*897In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals, as limited by her brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Doyle, J.), dated March 26, 2007, as granted that branch of the motion of the defendant Kenneth Wilhelm which was for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against him and, upon searching the record, awarded summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against the defendant Xavier’s Restaurant Corporation, doing business as Cilantro’s.
