SYLLABUS BY THE COURT A verdict may be supported by circumstantial evidence so long as the evidence provides a basis for a reasonable inference by the fact-finder. Fact-finders may infer a material fact from circumstantial evidence even though the evidence does not exclude every other reasonable conclusion or inference.
