Plaintiff filed this bill to reform a land contract given by her to defendant Bussard, and to restrain defendant Carpenter from erecting a structure on certain premises claimed by him as assignee of said contract. The property involved is a part of lot 17 of *305Stone ,& Phillips’ addition to the village (now city) of Kalamazoo. This addition is in form a right-angle triangle bounded on the west by Elm street and north by Kalamazoo street, which cross each other at right angles, and on the southeast by the Michigan Central railroad right of way which forms the hypothenuse of the…
