The motion to dismiss the petition is granted, with costs. The decedent, Frank Croker, died in 1905. He was the son of Richard Croker, Sr. It was claimed that there was a complete accounting between the decedent’s administrator, Richard Croker, Jr., and his father, Richard Croker, Sr. Mrs. Bula Croker, the widow of Richard Croker, Sr., now seeks to compel an accounting. She appears in her individual capacity as a legatee under her husband’s, Richard Croker, Sr.’s, will or wills.
