Appeal by Bessie L. Rubens, as surviving executrix and trustee, from two orders of the Surrogate’s Court of the county of Putnam, entered in the office of the said Surrogate’s Court on or about the 31st day of December, 1914. The first order restrained the appellant from disposing of property belonging to the estate of George L. Fox, deceased, and the other directed her to render and file an account of her proceedings herein.

Burr, J.:
George L. Fox died February 17, 1904, leaving him surviving a widow, a son and a daughter. He left a last will and testament, thereafter duly proved in the Surrogate’s Court of the county of Putnam. He appointed his widow and Edward Wells, Jr., executors. By his will, all of the residue of his estate was given to his executors, in trust, for a term measured by the life of his son, George L. Fox, Jr., *720or his arrival at the age of twenty-one years.
