Borden Matter
In May 1994, Attorney was representing Tammy Finkbeiner against Kelly Timmons. Finkbeiner’s case was called by the family court on May 31, 1994 at 2:45 p.m. At the hearing, the court inquired whether the defendant Kelly Timmons had been served. Attorney submitted an affidavit of personal service, signed by a process server, stating the pleadings had been left with Angela Timmons at 4460 Nazarene Church Rd., Sumter, S.C.
