OPINION

WEBER, District Judge.

This is an action filed under the Labor Management Relations Act, 29 U.S. C. § 185(a) for violation of contracts between an employer and a labor organization representing employees. The plaintiffs are individuals who are representa-, tive of a class of plaintiffs who are or were employed by the defendant at various times between 1926 and 1960. There are approximately eighty-two individuals in the class. The plaintiffs were and are members of the General Teamsters Union, Local 249.
