This is an appeal from a.judgment in the Superior Court confirming a master’s report and discharging the liquidating trustees of the Seaboard Trust Company. There is also an appeal from an order made by the court below directing the money involved in 'the litigation be paid into court and making allowance's to the master and to counsel.
