The bill is by a beneficiary of a testamentary trust and challenges a sale of 3,755 shares of common stock of A.D. Juilliard Company, Inc., a part of the trust estate, by the trustee to the individual defendant at what is alleged to be an inadequate and unconscionable price, and seeks to surcharge the trustee for the difference between the selling price of such stock and what is alleged to have been its value at the time of the sale, or, in the alternative, that the sale be set aside.
