The owner and operator of a Massachusetts skilled nursing facility sought a preliminary injunction extending a temporary restraining order granted by the United States District Court for the District of Columbia enjoining the Secretary of the United States Department of Health and Human Services from terminating the nursing facility’s status as a provider of medical services under the Medicare and Medicaid programs and from cutting off the facility’s Medicare and Medicaid reimbursements.
