This is an appeal from a j udgment for the specific performance of an agreement for the exchange of real estate.
The contract was dated November 20, 1911, and provided for a conveyance by the defendants to the plaintiff of their 300-acre farm in Comanche county, two-thirds of a crop of wheat growing on another tract, and *550two header barges and a McCormick header; and for a conveyance' by the plaintiff to the defendants of an 800-acre farm in Gray county.
