MEMORANDUM
MOTZ, District Judge.
Kodiak Line Corporation, Inc. [“Kodiak Line”] has failed to make required contributions owed to seven employee-related funds 1 , plaintiffs, for the months of July 1998 through February 1999. All but one of these funds are covered by the Employment Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 [“ERISA”]. 2 Kodiak Line is liable for these payments as a result of a judgment that it is the alter ego of Kodiak Electric Company, Inc.
