CONTIE, Circuit Judge.
The National Labor Relations Board (Board), seeks enforcement pursuant to 29 U.S.C. § 160(e) of its decision and order issued against Allcoast Transfer, Inc. (All-coast) and Ward Moving and Storage, Inc. (Ward Moving). The Board found that Ward Moving is the alter ego of Allcoast and Albert E. Ward, Inc. (A.E. Ward) and is therefore obligated to honor the collective bargaining agreement between A.E. Ward and Local 392 of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Chauffeurs, Warehousemen and Helpers of America (Union). For the reasons that follow, we grant the petition…
