Mildred Bruns filed her libel praying for an absolute divorce from her husband, Henry C. Bruns, alleging extreme cruelty on the part of the libellee.

The circuit judge, at the conclusion of the testimony adduced by the libelant, dismissed the libel on the ground that the testimony did not prove the alleged extreme cruelty. This appeal is from the decree of dismissal.
