The Chancellor:
Solicitors for the receivers are in disagreement as to the merit of the grounds of opposition to the prayers of the petition. Mr. Biggs frankly stated to the court that he considered there is no valid defense to the petition. Mr. Avery is of a contrary opinion and has accordingly filed a brief in opposition to the petition.
