MEMORANDUM OPINION The Republican National Committee sued to challenge a subpoena issued to the RNC’s third-party digital vendor by the Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol. The Court entered judgment against the RNC but enjoined the defendants from acting on the subpoena until the Court resolved any motion for injunction pending appeal the RNC might file post-judgment.
