This cause came on for consideration without oral argument on Plaintiffs’ Motion For Remand (Doc. 12, filed September 21, 2000).
Background
On July 12, 2000, the Plaintiffs filed their complaint in the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, asserting various state-law claims stemming from the Defendants’ allegedly wrongful denial of benefits to Plaintiff Joshua Ramirez.
