THIS CAUSE is before the Court upon Plaintiffs Motion to Remand, ECF No. [36] (“Motion” or “Mot.”). Plaintiff originally filed this action in the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida, for Bro-ward County, Florida, on May 29, 2015. The underlying complaint alleges breaches of contract resulting from Defendants’ failures to pay Sheridan the appropriate “rate of payment” for covered health care services.
