Affirming.

The appellant, Walter Jamerson, has again been convicted of manslaughter, he having killed Eobert Finley in October, U26. On his first trial he was sentenced to serve 21 years in prison, but the judgment was reversed because of an erroneous qualification of the self-defense instruction.
