Affirming,

Appellant was convicted of the unlawful possession of intoxicating liquors.

The evidence is as follows: About 4 a. m. September 25,1923, a search was made of appellant’s premises. No liquor was found in his dwelling house, but on the second floor of the two-story garage located on the rear of the lot the officers found a fifty gallon still in operation, nineteen barrels of moonshine, one pint of moonshine whiskey and certain paraphernalia used in manufacturing whiskey.
