This is an appeal by a juvenile from the order of the separate juvenile court of Sarpy County which committed her to the custody of the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services in the care and custody of the Youth Development Center-Geneva. The juvenile appellant assigns as error that her commitment to the Youth Development Center-Geneva is contrary to law and that the juvenile commitment statute, Neb. Rev. Stat. § 43-286 (Reissue 1988), is unconstitutional, and her commitment therefore is invalid.
