The Chancellor.
In Davis v. Louisville Gas & Electric Co., 16 Del. Ch. 157, 142 A. 654, it was said that a corporation created under the General Corporation Act (as this was) possesses all the powers conferred upon it, not only by its certificate of incorporation, but as well those which the act itself confers upon corporations created under it.
