Kinkead Industries, Inc. and United States Gypsum Co. (together “Kinkead” herein) appeal the decision of the United States District Court for the Northern Dis trict of Georgia, Atlanta Division 1 denying Kinkead’s motion for summary judgment of non-infringement of claims 1 through 3 of Patent No. Re. 31,553 (“the Ford reissue”) owned by Slimfold Manufacturing Company, Inc. (“Slimfold”). Appeal was taken pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1292(b), by order of the district court dated December 24, 1985 and petition to this court granted on January 15, 1986. We affirm.
