The property involved in this proceeding is the north one-third of in-lot No. 250, in the city of Columbus, which property came to Oma Courtright, now deceased, by descent from John Courtright, and was awarded and sparted to her in a partition proceeding filed immediately after the death of John Courtright. She married one Charles W. Serimger* and thereafter died intestate, leaving no child or any representative of any deceased child.
