BRUBAKER, Senior Judge:

A military judge sitting as a special court-martial convicted the appellant, pursuant to his pleas, of two specifications of attempted larceny and 12 specifications of larceny or wrongful appropriation in violation of Articles 80 and 121, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 880 and 921. The military judge sentenced the appellant to 30 days’ confinement, reduction to pay grade E-1, and a bad-conduct discharge (BCD).
