FINNEGAN, Circuit Judge.

The Reconstruction Finance Corporation appeals from portions of an order of the District Court which confirmed a report of the Referee in Bankruptcy and ordered payment of recommended fees and allowances to attorneys for the petitioning creditors, to a special' counsel -for the trustees appointed by the court under the provisions of the General Order in Bankruptcy No. 44, and to the attorneys for the bankrupt, Lustron Corporation.
