EVANS, Circuit Judge.

These appeals necessitate the review of allowances made by the District Court to various counsel as compensation for services rendered in the reorganization of the debtor, the Irving-Austin Building Corporation. In disposing of the case, the District Court filed a memorandum wherein he gave his reasons for the awards by him made. At the beginning of his discussion he observed that “this is an unusual and exceptional case.” A study of the facts has led us to the same conclu sion.
