ROTH, Judge:

1 Mohamed Daffalla Kabor appeals from the denial of his motion to reinstate his right to appeal. We affirm.

BACKGROUND

T2 On November 19, 2008, Kabor was convicted of murder, obstruction of justice, and three counts of discharging a firearm from his vehicle. He was sentenced on January 283, 2009, to the statutory prison terms on each count with the sentences for murder and obstruction of justice to run consecutively to each other and the sentences for the firearm offenses to run concurrently with each other and with the other two sentences.
