CONTIE, Circuit Judge.
Derrell Darnell Hamilton appeals from his convictions for uttering altered obligations of the United States in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 472. Three counts were brought against Hamilton. Count One alleged that he uttered an altered obligation in a fast food restaurant on May 27, 1980. Count Two alleged that he aided and abetted an unknown person in passing an altered obligation on the same date at the same location.
