Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Relihan, Jr., J.), entered May 11, 1994 in Tompkins County, which dismissed petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to review a determination of the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Ithaca requiring that an additional variance be obtained to expand petitioner’s business.
