SCHWELLENBACH, District Judge.
On June 30, 1930, defendant entered into an insurance contract with Jack T. French of Los Angeles, California. In it defendant insured the life of French in the amount of ten thousand dollars ($10,000). It provided for the payment of premiums quarterly on the twenty-fifth day of September, December, March and June of each year. Attached to and made a part of the contract was a supplemental agreement providing for total and permanent disability benefits and double indemnity benefit.
