This is a suit to foreclose a mortgage on certain. real property described in the record. The complaint *243is in the usual form. The mortgagors made default. The defendants Davisson and Hartless, after denying the facts alleged, set up two separate defenses. The agreed facts are in 'substance, that on the sixth day of November, 1886,' the defendant S. Rayburn and wife made, executed, and delivered to E. L.
