Katie Miller, defendant in error, obtained a verdict and judgment in the district court of Custer counts'- against the K. C. Motor Company and C. O. Kemp, plaintiffs in error, for personal injuries arising out of an automobile collision occurring through the negligence of defendants. Defendants pleaded a release.
